I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with more than 21 years of experience in healthcare, including three years in dedicated psychiatric practice. My approach combines clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to whole-person wellness, recognizing that effective mental health care requires time, trust, and thoughtful collaboration.

My professional background includes extensive experience in Critical Care Nursing, with eight years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Surgical ICU/Trauma Unit, where I held leadership responsibilities and supported complex, high-acuity patient care. These experiences continue to inform my calm, grounded approach to psychiatric care.

In addition to clinical practice, I have served in academic roles as an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University, Suffolk County Community College, and Adelphi University, contributing to the education and mentorship of future healthcare professionals.

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner, 2016), a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2021), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA, 2020) in healthcare management. I am licensed in New York State and provide care across the lifespan, with clinical focus areas including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related mood and behavioral conditions.

In addition to psychiatric services, Hamptons NP in Psychiatry offers IV vitamin therapy as a separate wellness service. These services are designed to support hydration, recovery, and overall balance and are provided with the same attention to safety, individualized assessment, and patient-centered care that guides all aspects of the practice.
